This reusable leakproof full brief underwear is a great alternative to single-use pads and tampons. It absorbs up to 30ml and is suitable for all-day wear (up to 12 hours!). Pelvi underwear is perfect for front-bleeders as the absorbency layer covers all the way from the waistband at the front to the waistband at the back.
